What this site is

Education and self help material about the fear of blushing, written by one person. It is not medical care, it is not psychological treatment, and it does not create any professional relationship between you and whoever wrote it.

Nothing here is a diagnosis and nothing here is a treatment plan. If the fear is taking pieces out of your life, see a doctor or a psychologist.

The free emails

One short email a week, sent after you confirm your address, for as long as you want it. You can leave at any moment with the link in any of them. There is no charge and no obligation.

The guide

The First Ten Seconds is a one time purchase. The amount on the guide page is the amount including VAT, and it is the amount that leaves your account. You get the file itself, licensed to you personally: read it, print it, use it. Do not resell it or publish it.

Payment is handled by an outside provider that acts as merchant of record, which means the invoice and any VAT come from them.

Refunds

Within 14 days of buying, reply to your receipt and say the word refund. You will get your money back and you will not be asked why.

No guarantees about results

The approaches described here have been studied and the studies are linked. Studies report averages across groups. Nobody, including this site, can tell you what will happen for you, and any site that does is guessing at you.

Getting in touch

Reply to any email from this site. It reaches a person.

The name or business name, the postal address, the country and, where they exist, the chamber of commerce number and the VAT number go here. This is required and it is the only place on the site where it belongs. It lives in the OWNER_LEGAL variable on Railway, one line per item separated by a vertical bar. Set it and this note is replaced, here and on the Dutch pages.
